USING STENCILS

• Use painters tape or repositionable spray adhesive to hold stencil in place.

• Apply paint using a stencil brush, foam brush, foam applicator or sponge.

• Pour a small amount of paint on to a paper plate, dip the tip of the bush into paint. Remove excess paint by dabbing brush on to dry part of paper plate or a paper towel.

• When painting keep brush upright and move the brush in an up and down motion dabbing the paint in the cut areas of the stencil.

• Before paint is dry carefully lift and remove stencil.
